Are you a food vendor looking for an exciting opportunity to showcase your delicious offerings? The 2025 Gaines County Riding Club (GCRC) UPRA Rodeo is just around the corner, taking place on July 18-19, and we’re inviting vendors to join in on the action!
Why Be a Vendor at the GCRC Rodeo?
The GCRC Rodeo attracts rodeo fans and families from all over, providing an excellent opportunity for vendors to sell their food and beverages to a large, enthusiastic crowd. With only five food vendor spots available and a limited number of sweet treats and drink vendor spaces, it’s important to apply early!
Application Details & Fees
Application Deadline: May 1, 2025
Food Vendor Fee: $300 (Only 5 spots available!)
Sweet Treats & Drinks Vendor Fee: $200
Electricity: Not provided, so plan accordingly.
Space Assignment: The GCRC will assign vendor spaces based on event needs and to maintain a balanced variety of offerings.
How to Apply
Interested vendors must download and complete the application and email it to [email protected] before the deadline. The application requires vendors to list two previous events they’ve participated in (excluding GCRC events). If selected, a GCRC member will contact you to confirm your participation
Additional Requirements
Approved food vendors are required to obtain a Temporary Food Permit from the South Plains Health Department (Ph: 1-800-360-6510) before the event.
