The 2025 Gaines County Riding Club (GCRC) UPRA Rodeo is just around the corner, taking place on July 18-19, and we\u2019re inviting vendors to join in on the action!<\/p><h2>Why Be a Vendor at the GCRC Rodeo?<\/h2><p>The GCRC Rodeo attracts rodeo fans and families from all over, providing an excellent opportunity for vendors to sell their food and beverages to a large, enthusiastic crowd. With only <strong>five food vendor spots available<\/strong> and a <strong>limited number of sweet treats and drink vendor spaces<\/strong>, it\u2019s important to apply early!<\/p><h2>Application Details &amp; Fees<\/h2><ul data-spread=\"false\"><li><p><strong>Application Deadline:<\/strong> May 1, 2025<\/p><\/li><li><p><strong>Food Vendor Fee:<\/strong> $300 (Only 5 spots available!)<\/p><\/li><li><p><strong>Sweet Treats &amp; Drinks Vendor Fee:<\/strong> $200<\/p><\/li><li><p><strong>Electricity:<\/strong> Not provided, so plan accordingly.<\/p><\/li><li><p><strong>Space Assignment:<\/strong> The GCRC will assign vendor spaces based on event needs and to maintain a balanced variety of offerings.<\/p><\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-258478b elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"258478b\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h2>How to Apply<\/h2><p>Interested vendors must download and complete the application and email it to <a><strong>gainescountyrc@gmail.com<\/strong><\/a> before the deadline. The application requires vendors to list two previous events they\u2019ve participated in (excluding GCRC events).
